Off a cliff.

This was one of the most vivid dreams I have had in a long time! I woke up with my heart pounding because it felt so real.
I was in an old pick up truck, maybe a 60’s or 70’s model. I was driving a two lane road up hill.
I thought to myself, “faster”, stepped on the gas. The road winded up this hill and I drove with a steady acceleration for what seemed like 4-5 min. The truck did not have much get up and go but it steadily went faster and faster.
There was a left turn/curve coming up. I recall a bit of excitement but no fear. I turned in to the corner but could not hold it. I slowly drifted further and further to the edge and was sliding on the guard rail. I still did not feel fear and kept the peddle down!
The curve was too much for the speed and I rolled right over the rail. I clearly remember feeling the rolling of the truck as it went over and over. I could see the cliff out the windshield rotating as I rolled.
It felt like a full 3-4 seconds which was a lifetime! I woke up.

This is not how dream analysis works.

You may want to try the CDM Psychic Institute. They do psychic readings and may also be able to give you some information on your dreams. They can do the readings long distance, and they range in price from 40 dollars to 80 dollars. Their website http://www.c-d-m.org
I have had many readings there and have benefited from each one.

Yes, well I can interpret some dreams, so here is what I see. Your truck is your life and you are in control of it; because you are driving. The speed at which you are traveling is out of control and too, fast to enjoy life; so something you are choosing to do conscientiously or unconscientioiusly, is ‘driving’ your life out of control; to the point that your truck crashed and rolled. It is good that in your dream you didn’t get hurt; so you must have some supernatural protection of God looking out for you-

Before your dream can be interpreted, here are some questions that most dream interpreters ask to know if the dream is subject to interpretation or the dream is just related to what happened to the dreamer before he went to sleep 1. What did you do think that day before you go to bed? 2. In your present life situation, is there any symbols of these dreams like pick-up truck, cliff, etc. related to any of these? if you answered yes to the above questions, most likely it is not what we call a symbolic dream, but still this dream has a message for you…
It’s good you mention that there’s “no fear”. Since you are driving up hill, it could mean that u may have a dream or want in life that you want to achieve or get. You want to achieve or get it immediately as you “told myself, faster”, then there was a curve, then you felt the truck rolling..”
Dream serves as our reminder: This dream might have already happened to you, that you tried something and then you failed…If this thing has not yet happened, it could a warning for you not to rust to get things that you want…There might be some obstacles that you cannot control, so better to slow down…But the good thing is your emotion is excitement and not fear…Meaning you are not scared of failure and that you are excited to try new things.
With you driving a truck could also mean that maybe in your present life situation, there is a quality in a driver that you need…maybe, you experieince some difficult life situation that you feel like you sare hopeless…so, it maight be you need the qualities of that driver…”no fear”…or maybe you need someone to guide you or drive you until you can finally drive yourself…
I hope I gave you some insights about your dream…We don’t interpret dreams per symbol as what we see in dream dictionaries…Dream is a reflection of your life. It serves as our reminder to do or not to do certain things. So if you want to understand your dream, ask yourself what you did prior to that dream that might have triggered that dream…then ask youself in what situation of life are you? Is this dream reminding you to have a drive because maybe you don’t feel the initiative..etc…

Fairly simple (no super-naturalism required; some believers unfortunately project their spiritual beliefs onto dreams; but the unconscious has no need to propagandize for the super ego)…
The dream expresses how you react and feel when “life throws you a curve”…for most of your time, you feel you are moving “up hill” (arduous, but slow and steady progress is made)…then comes the curve, which at first, you handle confidently, but then slowly “lose control” and go “over a cliff”…this is the expression of your fear/anxiety/distress (of change, interpreted by the unconscious as a wish) that arises when there is change in your life (or more specifically, your career)….perhaps you are (or were when this dream was had) contemplating or experiencing the beginning of some Life change…all the dream does is take this anxiety or fear and exaggerate it, dress it up in new clothes, so it can communicate to your conscious mind what you are telling it to do: try to maintain control in a new situation, or perhaps career path, without “going over a cliff” and ruining things.
